So, as an employer, how can you make their life easier? An easy way to go about it is to set up a help desk at the office come tax-filing month. Give them half the day off, have a professional or two help your employees plan their investments and file their taxes with relative ease.

Remember, most employees lack access to these resources, so this will prove to be a lifesaver, and make their life a lot less stressful.
